Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability Insurance. Including products, completed operations and contractual liability insurance against the liability assumed above with the following minimum limits for bodily injury and property damage on an occurrence basis: $10,000,000 per occurrence.
Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability Insurance. Tenant shall obtain and maintain Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability insurance on the broadest forms available for similar risks, written on an “occurrence policy form,” against all claims for bodily injury, disease or death, property damage, personal injury, premises operations, products and completed operations, consultants and independent contractors and contractual liability in an amount of not less than $10,000,000 arising out of any one occurrence and $10,000,000 in the annual aggregate, per location. Such insurance may be provided under a primary and an umbrella policy or policies. If liability coverage for the Premises is included under any blanket policy written on an aggregate form, then the annual aggregate limit of insurance applying solely to the Premises must not be less than $10,000,000. The policy must include coverage for molestation and sexual abuse (unless provided under the professional liability policy required in this Section) and coverage for sports and athletic participation if applicable. The policy must include as insureds the Tenant’s employees, volunteers and directors. The policy shall be endorsed to include Landlord, its managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns and any lender as additional insureds on a primary and non-contributory basis. Tenant shall maintain the commercial general liability coverage as specified herein for a minimum of one year after termination of this Lease.
Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Liability Insurance. Concessionaire, at its expense, shall procure and maintain commercial general liability (CGL) and, if necessary, commercial umbrella insurance with a limit of not less than $2,000,000 each occurrence. If such CGL insurance contains a general aggregate limit, it shall apply separately to operations under this Agreement. CGL insurance shall be written on ISO occurrence form CG 00 01 10 96 (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage) and shall include coverage arising from, but not limited to: premises, operations, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, products, completed operations, property damage, personal injury, death, advertising injury and liability assumed under an insured contract. If Concessionaire shall use motor vehicles on the aircraft ramps, taxiways, or runways of the Airport and such vehicles are not escorted by escorts authorized and approved by the Board, the limit of the CGL insurance required to be maintained by the Concessionaire at its expense shall be increased to a limit of not less than $10,000,000 each occurrence or any other increased amount as the Board may require.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract.
