COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY (“CGL”). Policy shall include coverage at least as broad as set forth in Insurance Services Office (herein ISO) Commercial General Liability coverage. (Occurrence Form CG 0001) with policy limits not less than the following: $1,000,000 each occurrence (combined single limit); $1,000,000 for personal injury liability; $1,000,000 aggregate for products-completed operations; and $1,000,000 general aggregate. The general aggregate limits shall apply separately to CONTRACTOR’s work under this Agreement.

COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY (“CGL”). Tenant shall procure and maintain a primary Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including products and completed operation liability and contractual liability coverage, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per person and $3,000,000 per occurrence covering bodily injury, property damage liability and personal injury. The policy or policies shall name the officers, agents, and employees of the Advanced Technology Development Center as additional insureds, but only with respect to claims which are not covered by the Georgia Tort Claims act, O.C.G.A. Section 50-21-20 et seq. The CGL policy must provide primary limits over any other liability policy provided by the State for any claims not covered by the Georgia Tort Claims Act. However, the CGL policy must indemnify the State for any claims covered by the Georgia Tort Claims Act. The policy of policies must be on an “occurrence” basis unless waived by the State. The CGL policy shall include contractual liability coverage, which shall be endorsed to state that indemnity obligations specified in this agreement are insured by the carrier. The CGL policy purchased by the Tenant must be issued by a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia or by a company acceptable to the State if the company is an alien insurer. The CGL policy must be endorsed to include separate aggregate limits per project.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Supplier will maintain insurance covering its operations, with coverage on an occurrence basis, and must be subject to terms no less broad than the Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Commercial General Liability Form CG0001 (2001 or newer edition), or equivalent. At a minimum, coverage must include liability arising from premises, operations, bodily injury and property damage, independent contractors, products-completed operations including construction defect, contractual liability, blanket contractual liability, and personal injury and advertising injury. All required limits, terms and conditions of coverage must be maintained during the term of this Contract. Minimum Limits: $1,000,000 each occurrence Bodily Injury and Property Damage $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $2,000,000 aggregate for products liability-completed operations $2,000,000 general aggregate

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the minimum limits of liability necessary to provide reasonable financial protections to the Contractor and the State of Florida under the resulting contract.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • Liability Insurance To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.

  • D&O Liability Insurance To the extent that the Company maintains a policy or policies of insurance (“D&O Liability Insurance”) providing liability insurance for directors and officers of the Company in their capacities as such (and for any capacity in which any director or officer of the Company serves any other Enterprise at the request of the Company), in respect of acts or omissions occurring while serving in such capacity, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any other director or officer under such policy or policies.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • OWNER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE The Owner shall be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the Owner’s usual liability insurance.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers licensed for travel on public roads, with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.
