COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY (“CGL”). Policy shall include coverage at least as broad as set forth in Insurance Services Office (herein ISO) Commercial General Liability coverage. (Occurrence Form CG 0001) with policy limits not less than the following: $1,000,000 each occurrence (combined single limit); $1,000,000 for personal injury liability; $1,000,000 aggregate for products-completed operations; and $1,000,000 general aggregate. The general aggregate limits shall apply separately to CONTRACTOR’s work under this Agreement.

COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY (“CGL”). Tenant shall procure and maintain a primary Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including products and completed operation liability and contractual liability coverage, with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence covering bodily injury, property damage liability and personal injury. The policy or policies shall name the officers, agents, and employees of the Board of Regents as additional insureds, but only with respect to claims which are not covered by the Georgia Tort Claims act, O.C.G.A. Section 50-21-20 et seq. The CGL policy must provide primary limits over any other liability policy provided by the State for any claims not covered by the Georgia Tort Claims Act. However, the CGL policy must indemnify the State for any claims covered by the Georgia Tort Claims Act. The policy of policies must be on an “occurrence” basis unless waived by the State. The CGL policy shall include contractual liability coverage, which shall be endorsed to state that indemnity obligations specified in this agreement are insured by the carrier. The CGL policy purchased by the Tenant must be issued by a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia or by a company acceptable to the State if the company is an alien insurer. The CGL policy must be endorsed to include separate aggregate limits per project.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy Provide a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including contractual liability, in adequate quantity to protect against legal liability arising out of contract activity but no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Additionally, the CONTRACTOR is responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors provide adequate insurance coverage for the activities arising out of subcontracts.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Supplier will maintain insurance covering its operations, with coverage on an occurrence basis, and must be subject to terms no less broad than the Insurance Services Office (“ISO”) Commercial General Liability Form CG0001 (2001 or newer edition), or equivalent.   • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the minimum limits of liability necessary to provide reasonable financial protections to the Contractor and the State of Florida under the resulting contract.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.
