Commercial/Industrial Premises. Contractor shall collect all Solid Waste generated at Commercial/Industrial Premises within the City and placed for collection. Solid Waste shall be collected at the frequencies and in the manner specified in Attachment C, Section 1.C.

Commercial/Industrial Premises. Contractor shall collect Recyclable Materials from all participating Commercial/Industrial Premises that are placed for collection in Contractor-furnished containers. Contractor shall collect Compostable Materials from all participating Commercial/Industrial Premises that are placed for collection in approved containers. Contractor shall also collect cardboard from shared containers in the business districts and wooden pallets. Recyclable Materials and Compostable Materials shall be collected at the frequencies and in the manner specified in Attachment C, Section 2.C and Section 3.C, but will change during the Term.

Yard Trimmings shall be collected at the frequencies and in the manner specified in Attachment C, Section 3.C.
Commercial/Industrial Premises. The term “Commercial/Industrial Premises” shall mean stores, offices, including manufacturing and industrial offices and facilities, restaurants, warehouses, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, and other non-manufacturing entities.
Commercial/Industrial Premises. “Commercial/Industrial Premises” means property upon which a business activity is conducted, including but not limited to retail sales, services, manufacturing, assembling, storage, or wholesale operations, but excluding businesses conducted upon Single-Family Premises or Multi-Family Premises that are permitted under applicable zoning regulations and that do not constitute the primary use of the property. Commercial/Industrial Premises may receive Bin Service, Roll-Off Service, or Cart Service. Commercial/Industrial Premises also include hotels, motels, other temporary housing facilities, and senior citizen housing complexes.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work Upon the Effective Date of the Contract, bidder agrees to commence all Preconstruction Activities. Upon issuance of a Proceed Order, bidder agrees to commence physical activities on the Site with adequate forces and equipment and to complete to Material Completion all work in 90 consecutive calendar days beginning the day after the date of the Proceed Order. Bid Bond. Enclosed herewith is a Bid Bond (NO OTHER FORM ACCEPTABLE) in the amount of Dollars ($ ) (being not less than five percent of the Bid). Bidder agrees that the above stated amount is the proper measure of liquidated damages that the Owner will sustain by bidder’s failure to execute the Contract or to furnish the Performance and Payment Bonds should bidder’s bid be accepted. If this bid is accepted within thirty-five days after the date set for the opening of bids and bidder fails to execute the Contract within ten days after Notice of Successful Bid, or if bidder fails to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds, the obligation of the Bid Bond will remain in full force and effect and the money payable thereon shall be paid into the funds of the Owner as liquidated damages for such failure; otherwise, the obligations of the Bid Bond will be null and void. Under oath I certify that I am a principal or other representative of the bidder, and that I am authorized by it to execute the foregoing bid on its behalf; and further, that I am a principal person of the bidder with management responsibility for the construction for the bidder, and as such I am personally knowledgeable of all its pertinent matters. I further certify that this bid is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any corporation, firm, or person submitting a bid for the same services, materials, labor, supplies, or equipment and is in all respects fair and without collusion or fraud.
