Commercial Outlets. Market Partners may sell MONAT products from a commercial outlet, and may display or sell MONAT products or literature in a retail or service establishment but only as outlined below. Market Partners may sell MONAT products from service establishments that are open to the public on an appointment basis and the MONAT products (or literature) are not displayed in locations that are accessible to the general public. (i.e., The individual stall or reception area is acceptable but In the window or reception area of a salon is not acceptable). Online auction and/or sales facilitation websites, including but not limited to eBay and Xxxxx’x List constitute Commercial Outlets, and may not be used to sell MONAT products.

Commercial Outlets. Xxxxx strongly encourages the selling of its products through person to person contact. In order to preserve Kyäni brand value and to help provide a standard of fairness for its Business Partner base, Business Partners may not without prior written permission from the Company display or sell Kyäni products or literature in any retail or service establishment, except as set forth herein. Kyäni will permit Business Partners to solicit and make sales in retail or service establishments so long as the establishment is:
Commercial Outlets. Xxxxx strongly encourages the selling of its products through person to person contact. In order to preserve Kyäni brand value and to help provide a standard of fairness for its Distributor base, Distributors may not without prior written permission from the Company display or sell Kyäni products or literature in any retail or service establishment, except as set forth herein. Kyäni will permit Distributors to solicit and make sales in retail or service establishments so long as the establishment is: (1) an independent locally-owned retail establishment, and not part of a national, regional, or statewide chain; or (2) an office of a health care practitioner. Kyäni will permit Distributors to solicit and make commercial sales upon prior written approval from the Company. For the purposes of these Policies and Procedures, the term "commercial sale" means the sale of: (a) Kyäni products that equal or exceed one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000) or more in a single order; and (b) To a third party who intends to resell the products to an end consumer.

In any meeting that is open to the public in which the Compensation Plan is discussed, or any type of income claims is made, you must provide every prospective Brand Ambassador with a copy of the IDS and you must display at least one (3 foot x 5 foot poster board) in the front of the room in reasonably close proximity to the presenter(s). In any meeting in which any type of video display is utilized (e.g., monitor, television, projector, etc.) a slide of the IDS must be displayed continuously throughout the duration of any discussion of the Compensation Plan or the making of an income claim. Copies of the IDS may be printed or downloaded without charge from the corporate website at xxx.XxXxxxxXxxxxx.xxx. Brand Ambassadors who develop sales aids and tools in which the Compensation Plan or income claims are present must incorporate the IDS into each such sales aid or tool prior to submission to the Company for review.
Commercial Outlets. Direct Seller(s) may only display and retail Rich Vision India products in approved service-oriented establishments where professional services are the primary source of revenue and product sales are secondary. Such approved service-oriented establishments shall include (but are not limited to) health spas, beauty shops, and physicians' offices. Unapproved retail-oriented establishments may include (but are not limited to) retail stores, Internet auction sites, and pharmacies.

Distributors must obtain written authorization from Wealth Training prior to selling any Wealth Training products in a retail outlet, and Wealth Training retains the discretion to restrict its products from being sold in any retail location, which it does not deem acceptable.
