Bin. A metal container, with a capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards of Construction and Demolition Debris, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader packer type truck that is approved for such purpose by the TOWN.
Bin. “Bin” means a metal or plastic waste container designed or intended to be mechanically serviced by a commercial front-end loader vehicle. It shall be designed to hold from two (2) to eight (8) cubic yards of material with the lid properly closed. The specifications for Contractor-provided Bins are set forth in Exhibit 4.
Bin. “Bin” means a container designed or intended to be mechanically serviced by a 145 commercial Collection Vehicle. It shall be designed to hold from one (1) to two (2) cubic yards of material 146 with the lid properly closed.
Bin. Unless otherwise agreed to by MasterCard and Customer, Customer shall, upon request by MasterCard, cause the Qualified Issuer Institution: (i) on or prior to the date of issuance of any MasterCard Prepaid Cards by the Qualified Issuer Institution, to obtain a separate BIN for the MasterCard Prepaid Cards it issues and (ii) to maintain such separate BIN until the end of the Term.
Bin. A metal or plastic container, with a capacity of one (1) cubic yard up to and including eight (8) cubic yards, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader packer type garbage truck, which is approved for such purpose by the CITY. Bins may also include Compactors that are owned by the MFD or Commercial Service Unit wherein the MFD or Commercial Collection Service occurs.
Bin. A metal container from 2 cubic yards to 6 cubic yards with a closable plastic or 56 metal lid that is normally mechanically dumped into a loader packer type garbage truck, or 57 loaded onto a fork type vehicle and transported to an appropriate facility.
Bin. Bin" means any Solid Waste container of a capacity exceeding ninety-six (96) gallons and generally unmovable by just one individual (i.e., a "dumpster") and provided to customers by Contractor.
Bin. A metal or plastic Container with hinged lid(s) and wheels serviced by a front-end loading Collection vehicle with a Container capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards, including Bins with compactors attached to increase the capacity of the Bin. Bins are also known as "Dumpsters.”
