Commission Disputes. Seller(s) understands it is their financial responsibility to compensate a Buyer Broker. Agency is not liable for any payment or commission owed to a Buyer Broker. Seller(s) shall hold Agency harmless from any suit or claim regarding real estate commissions between the Seller(s) and a Buyer Broker.
Commission Disputes. (OWNER’S DUTY TO DEFEND) - In the event an aggrieved party files an arbitration claim or lawsuit against or in any way involving Broker that seeks payment of a commission or money damages in connection with the sale or attempted sale of the Property, OWNER agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Xxxxxx harmless from, and aid Broker in defense of any such claim or lawsuit (“Duty to Defend”). If OWNER fails, for any reason, to fulfill its Duty to Defend, Broker may seek indemnity, contribution, and/or reimbursement from OWNER for all costs incurred as a result of the claim or lawsuit, including attorneys’ fees as well as recovery of all costs of collection thereof, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, collection agency fees, court costs, and expenses.
Commission Disputes. ARG CA has a simple flat fee approach and will be paid on any deal per this agreement per side once a file is deemed complete. If a Sale Associate does not complete necessary tasks consistent with The Broker's checklist dispute exists relative to the commission then the commission will remain in escrow until such dispute is resolved or file is completed. You agree The Broker will incur no liability to you (Sale Associate) for keeping funds with escrow until such dispute is resolved.
Commission Disputes. Agent must provide written notice to CloudWest of any dispute with respect to a commission within thirty (30) days of Agent’s receipt of such commission; any commission not so disputed shall be deemed accepted by and binding upon Agent.

Any disputes between I.C. and any other independent contractor associated with WHY USA MID AMERICA as to any commission or expense payable to or by said parties shall be resolved by WHY USA MID AMERICA. Any decision of WHY USA MID AMERICA as to any such matter shall be binding and conclusive on the parties and WHY USA MID AMERICA shall have no liability to any such party, or anyone claiming through such party, for any amount paid to another in accordance with such decision of WHY USA MID AMERICA.
Commission Disputes l. Brand Partners will have access to data and activity and you specifically agree to file any tracking or commission disputes as well as any other disputes and discrepancies within 30 days after the end of the week in which the sale or event that is disputed occurred. Disputes filed after more than said 30 days will not be accepted by Xxxxxxxx and Brand Partner forfeits forever any rights to a potential claim.
Commission Disputes. Agent will have up to 60 days to dispute any commissions with Xxxxxx. All disputes must be submitted in writing to Broker. Agent waives any claim it may have to commissions if a written dispute is not submitted to Broker within 60 days. For example, if the Agent reviews the commission statements and believes that the commission was calculated inaccurately for the last 24 months, Xxxxxx will not be responsible for refunding any commissions beyond 60 days.
Commission Disputes. Any dispute arising between the Agent and any other salesperson, Broker or other person associated with Broker regarding any commission or expense shall be resolved by Xxxxxx.

(SELLER'S DUTY TO DEFEND): In the event an aggrieved party files an arbitration claim or lawsuit against or in any way involving Broker that seeks payment of a commission or money damages in connection with the sale or attempted sale of the Property, Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Xxxxxx harmless from, and aid Broker in defense of any such claim or lawsuit ("Duty to Defend"). Xxxxxx further agrees that, upon commencement of such an arbitration claim or lawsuit, Xxxxxx may immediately charge $700.00 on Seller's credit card on file with Broker in anticipation of Broker's legal and administrative fees in responding to such a claim or lawsuit, regardless of its merits. This charge is nonrefundable. This charge is not and should not be construed as a limitation on Seller's Duty to Defend. If Seller fails, for any reason, to fulfill its Duty to Defend, Broker may seek indemnity, contribution, and/or reimbursement from Seller for all costs incurred as a result of the claim or lawsuit, including attorney's fees as well as recovery of all costs of collection thereof, including but not limited to attorney's fees, collection agency fees, court costs, and expenses, less the $700 previously paid by Seller pursuant to this paragraph.

Any disputes between the SALES REP. and any other SALES REP. associated with the COMPANY as to any commission or expense payable to or by said parties shall be resolved by the COMPANY. Any decision of the COMPANY as to any such matter shall be binding and conclusive on the parties and the COMPANY shall have no liability to any such party, or anyone claiming through such party, for any amount paid to another in accordance with such decision of the COMPANY. Should a dispute occur between the SALES REP. and the COMPANY the parties may choose arbitration. A list of arbitrators will be provided by the COMPANY to the SALES REP. upon written request.
