Commissioner Consultation. The Science Advisor will seek to ensure Commissioner’s concurrence that the DWPR FOA aligns with Reclamation’s mission and overall strategic plan. Any significant changes to a DWPR Program FOA will require the Science Advisor to have a consultation with the Commissioner prior to posting the FOA on Xxxxxx.xxx. A consultation will also be provided if requested by the Commissioner.
