The test schedule should consider the availability and scheduling of the tests, personnel, availability of instrumentation and coordination with unit/system outages or plant operations; and Reference should be made to the performance, functional and acceptance criteria. The contractor is to supply one positioner as part of the design confirmation valve. Once the valve is operated and tested for the duration guarantee period and it is found to be successful a new procurement process will start to procure the other 6 actuators.

  • Customer Requirements ▪ Seller shall comply with the applicable terms and conditions of any agreements between Buyer and Xxxxx’s Customer (the “Customer Purchase Orders”) pursuant to which Buyer agreed to sell to Buyer’s Customer products or assemblies which incorporate the goods provided by Seller hereunder. Customers shall issue Request for Quotes to at least 25 vendors approved to provide IT Staff Augmentation services in accordance with section 287.0591(5), Florida Statutes. Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.
