Commitment of Employee. Employee shall, to the best of his/her ability, devote his/her full business time and best efforts to the performance of his/her duties under this Agreement and the business and affairs of Employer. Employee shall duly, punctually, and faithfully perform and observe any and all rules and regulations which Employer may now or shall hereafter establish governing the conduct of its business and the conduct of its employees, except to the extent that such rules and regulations are inconsistent with this Agreement.
