Common use of Commitment of Employee Clause in Contracts

Commitment of Employee. The employee granted an uncompensated leave shall give notification to the Board as to his/her intentions at least thirty (30) days prior to the next semester when he/she is scheduled to return to service. If said notification is not received, action may be taken to terminate employment.

In the event that an employee resigns his or her position at least thirty (30) the end of the leave, the employee shall, whenever possible, give the Board sixty days prior to the next semester when he/she is scheduled to return to service. If said notification is not received, action may be taken to terminate employmentnotice.
