The Commitment Periods clause defines the specific timeframes during which parties are obligated to fulfill certain duties or maintain particular commitments under the agreement. Commitment Periods. Your Commitment Periods include an Initial Commitment Period and may also include Ongoing Commitment Periods. You are committed to a minimum initial period of membership from the start of the first fortnightly billing period following your Membership Start Date as set out in your Membership Application Form (“Initial Commitment Period”). On completion of your Initial Commitment Period on the end date set out in your Membership Application Form, your membership will automatically renew for further two week Commitment Periods (“Ongoing Commitment Periods”) unless your membership is terminated in accordance with paragraph 8 or you provide us with notice that you wish for your membership to end on the expiry of the Initial Commitment Period which we must receive at least 3 days prior to the end of your Initial Commitment Period. Each Ongoing Commitment Period will begin on the first day after your previous Ongoing Commitment Period ends.
Commitment Periods. Your Commitment Periods include both an Initial Commitment Period and Ongoing Commitment Periods. You are committed to a minimum initial period of membership (“Initial Commitment Period”) such that:
(a) if your Membership Start Date is the first day of a fortnightly billing period, the period of four weeks from your Membership Start Date; or
(b) if your Membership Start Date is on any other day than the first day of a fortnightly billing period, the period including the rest of that fortnightly billing period plus four weeks from the first day of the next fortnightly billing period. Your membership will automatically renew for further two week Commitment Periods (“Ongoing Commitment Periods”) unless your membership is terminated in accordance with paragraph 8. Each Ongoing Commitment Period will begin on the first day after your previous Ongoing Commitment Period ends. For example, assuming a fortnightly billing period starts on 9 March 2014, the Initial Commitment Period for a member whose Membership Start Date is 5 March 2014 will begin on 5 March 2014 and will end on 5 April 2014. Their first Ongoing Commitment Period would then run from 6 April 2014 until 19 April 2014.

Commitment Periods. Your child’s membership will continue:
(a) for an initial commitment period of one 10 week term, or if the Membership Start Date is a date part way through a 10 week term, until the end of that 10 week term (“Initial Commitment Period”); and
(b) automatically for further 10 week term commitment periods (“each an Ongoing Commitment Period”) unless your child’s membership is terminated in accordance with paragraph 8. Each Ongoing Commitment Period will start on the first day of the 10 week term commencing immediately following the previous Commitment Period. For example, assuming your child starts lessons during week 5 of Term 3, 20XX, being 8 August 20XX, the Initial Commitment Period will start on 8 August 20XX and continue until the end of week 10 for that 10 week term, being 25 September 20XX.
