COMMITTEES AND STEWARDS. The Union may appoint Stewards from each crew in each section in the following manner: where there are normally fewer than twenty (20) employees on a crew there shall be no more than one (1) Xxxxxxx appointed. where there are normally more than twenty (20) employees on a crew there may be one (1) additional xxxxxxx for every twenty (20) employees to a maximum of four (4) Stewards per crew. They shall be paid their hourly rate, as defined in Article Sub-section for the hours that they were scheduled to work if they attend meetings which are held during their regular working hours.

Both the Union and the Corporation shall endeavour to maintain the same Negotiating Committee during the negotiation process. 7.03 The Union shall advise the Corporation of the names of Officers and members including serving on Committees. Likewise, the Grievance Chair, all of Employer shall advise the Union who the Employer representatives will be with whom the Union must have completed their probationary perioddeal.
