- Committees, Boards, Hearings, Meetings. When an employee is scheduled to attend a meeting called by a supervisor, the meeting will be considered an early/late assignment if it is scheduled within one hour of the beginning or end of the employee's shift. Except as above other meetings will be compensated for at the overtime rate, subject to the three (3) hour overtime minimum payment. An officer who is the subject of an intended disciplinary action will be compensated for attendance at a disciplinary review board.
