Communicating With Employees. 1. The Association may use District internal mail. Any mail will be given to the Business Manager for routing. 2. The Association will use the right-hand third of the space on District bulletin boards for posting Association business announcements provided District business matters do not take precedence. All material posted will be dated for timely removal. No Association documents will be removed prematurely except for demonstrated lack of space.
