COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. Section 1. The Police Chief and the City Manager’s designee may meet monthly, as needed, with representatives of the Fort Dodge Police Bargaining Unit. The purpose of said Section 2. It is agreed that pending grievances will not be discussed at these meetings.

COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE. Section 1. The Police Chief and the City Manager’s designee may meet monthly, as needed, with representatives of the Fort Dodge Police Bargaining Unit. The purpose of saidsaid meetings is to informally discuss matters of concern and/or interest to either party. On-duty time shall be provided for three Bargaining Committee Officers and may be increased if both parties mutually agree.
Section 2. It is agreed that pending grievances will not be discussed at these meetings.
