To communicate effectively with key influencers and decision makers and to raise awareness of Gloucestershire First through: o Economic Bulletin and Newsletter o Position statements, briefing notes, quarterly reports o Manage the County’s economic research function (GLMIU?) o Regular liaison with the Districts o Gloucestershire Ambassador Programme o MP and MEP briefings o Scrutiny and review of the structure of the GDA Board and its operations o Maintain links and networks with adjacent counties and regions.

The Bank shall enjoy in the People’s Republic of China for its official communications and the transfer of its documents treatment not less advantageous to the Bank than the most favorable treatment accorded by the Government to any international organization or to any other government including its diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and surcharges on mails, cables, radiograms, telefax, telephone, internet and other electronic telecommunications facilities, and press rates for information to the press and radio.

In this respect, the Government shall have regard to the particular needs of the Organization for telecommunications.
Communications and Publications. 1. The Government shall permit and protect unrestricted communication on the part of the 1992 Fund for all official purposes. The 1992 Fund may employ all appropriate means of communication, including messages in code or cipher. However, the 1992 Fund may install and use a wireless transmitter only with the consent of the appropriate authorities.
