Communications and Publications. To communicate effectively with key influencers and decision makers and to raise awareness of Gloucestershire First through: o Economic Bulletin and Newsletter o Position statements, briefing notes, quarterly reports o Manage the County’s economic research function (GLMIU?) o Regular liaison with the Districts o Gloucestershire Ambassador Programme o MP and MEP briefings o Scrutiny and review of the structure of the GDA Board and its operations o Maintain links and networks with adjacent counties and regions.
Communications and Publications. 1. All official communications directed to the GGGI, or to any of its staff, and all outward official communications of the GGGI, by whatever means or in whatever form transmitted, shall not be subject to censorship or any other form of interference.
2. The GGGI shall have the right to use codes and to dispatch and receive official communications by courier or in sealed bags, which shall have the same privileges and immunities as are accorded to diplomatic couriers and bags. The bags must bear visibly the GGGI emblems and shall contain only documents or articles intended for official use, and the courier shall be provided with a courier certificate issued by the GGGI.
3. The GGGI may produce research reports as well as academic publications within the fields of its functions and activities. It is, however, understood that the GGGI shall abide by the laws of the Republic of Korea concerning intellectual property rights in the Republic of Korea and related international conventions.
Communications and Publications. 1. The Bank shall enjoy in the People’s Republic of China for its official communications and the transfer of its documents treatment not less advantageous to the Bank than the most favorable treatment accorded by the Government to any international organization or to any other government including its diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and surcharges on mails, cables, radiograms, telefax, telephone, internet and other electronic telecommunications facilities, and press rates for information to the press and radio.
2. The Government shall permit and take appropriate measures to protect unrestricted internet access on the Premises of the Principal Office of the Bank and other forms of communication by the Bank for all the Official Activities of the Bank. All official communications to and from the Bank, by whatever form transmitted, shall be immune from censorship and from any other form of interference.
3. For purposes of this Article, communications shall include, without limitation, publications, documents, still and moving pictures, films and sound recordings, and electronic and other telecommunications.
4. The Bank shall have the right to use codes and to dispatch and receive official correspondence and other official communications by courier or in sealed bags which shall have immunities and privileges not less favorable than those accorded to diplomatic couriers and bags.
Communications and Publications. 1. No censorship shall be applied to the official correspondence and other official communications of the University.
2. The University shall have the right to use codes and to dispatch and receive official correspondence and other official communications by courier or in sealed bags, which shall have the same privileges and immunities as diplomatic couriers and bags.
3. Without prejudice to Article 3 above, the University shall have the right to publish freely within the Portuguese Republic, in the fulfilment of its purposes and activities. It is, however, understood that the University shall respect the international conventions applicable to the Portuguese Republic relating to intellectual property.
Communications and Publications. As part of the partnership between the END Fund and Implementing Organization, both parties will profile the program in their relevant communications and publications, including but not limited to newsletters, handouts, presentations, annual reports, and web content. For the purposes of this agreement the Implementing Organization agrees to adhere to the official END Fund style guide and guidelines on branding, communications and publications attached hereto in ANNEX D.

(1) With regard to its official communications and the transfer of all its documents, the Organization shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that generally accorded to equivalent inter-governmental organizations in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes on mails and all forms of telecommunications, and in this respect the Government shall have regard to the particular needs of the Organization for telecommunications.
(2) The Organization may employ all appropriate means of communication, including messages in code or cipher. The Government shall not impose any restriction on the official communications of the Organization or on the circulation of its publications.
(3) The Organization may install and use a radio transmitter only with the consent of the Government.
Communications and Publications. 1) With regard to its official communications and the distribution of all its documents, the Organization shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that generally accorded in France to equivalent intergovernmental organizations in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes on mail and all forms of telecommunications. In this respect, the Government shall have regard to the particular needs of the Organization for telecommunications.
2) The Organization may employ all appropriate means of communication, including messages in code or cypher. The Government shall not impose any restrictions on the official communications of the Organization or on the circulation of its publications.
3) Use by the Organization of a radio station in French territory for the purpose of transmitting, receiving, or both transmitting and receiving signals shall be in accordance with the legislation in force in France.

The 1992 Fund may employ all appropriate means of communication, including messages in code or cipher. However, the 1992 Fund may install and use a wireless transmitter only with the consent of the appropriate authorities.

The 1992 Fund shall enjoy, for its official communications, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Government to any other Government, including the latter’s diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes on mails, electronic mails, cables, telegrams, radiograms, telephotos, telephone and other communications, and press rates for information to the press and radio to the extent that such treatment is compatible with any other international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which the Government is a party.
3. No censorship shall be applied to official communications of the 1992 Fund by whatever means of communication.
4. The circulation of publications and other information material sent by or to the 1992 Fund within the scope of its Official Activities shall not be restricted in any way.

The Supplementary Fund may employ all appropriate means of communication, including messages in code or cipher. However, the Supplementary Fund may install and use a wireless transmitter only with the consent of the appropriate authorities.

The Supplementary Fund shall enjoy, for its official communications, treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Government to any other Government, including the latter’s diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and taxes on mails, electronic mails, cables, telegrams, radiograms, telephotos, telephone and other communications, and press rates for information to the press and radio to the extent that such treatment is compatible with any other international conventions, regulations and arrangements to which the Government is a party.
3. No censorship shall be applied to official communications of the Supplementary Fund by whatever means of communication.
4. The circulation of publications and other information material sent by or to the Supplementary Fund within the scope of its Official Activities shall not be restricted in any way.
