The Bank shall enjoy in the People’s Republic of China for its official communications and the transfer of its documents treatment not less advantageous to the Bank than the most favorable treatment accorded by the Government to any international organization or to any other government including its diplomatic mission, in the matter of priorities, rates and surcharges on mails, cables, radiograms, telefax, telephone, internet and other electronic telecommunications facilities, and press rates for information to the press and radio.
