Community and Local Government Capacity Building. Carrying out community development capacity building training and workshops and conducting facilitation for: BKMs, focused on the preparation of Community Development Plans, use of Kelurahan Grants and implementation of Sub-projects, and for BKMs that have received Kelurahan Grants at least three times, assistance to support consolidation of various poverty alleviation and community driven development programs; and community groups in Participating Kelurahans including community volunteers and Local Government officials in community development planning and participation in and monitoring of Sub-projects.
