Community Land Sample Clauses

Community Land. Subject to the rights granted to the Licensee by the Council under this Licence, the Licensee must comply with any approved management plan or other relevant policies of the Council with respect to the use and occupation of the Licensed Area (being community land under the Local Government Act (SA) 1999).
