COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. “Purchasers are advised that door to door mail delivery will not be provided in this subdivision. Mail delivery will be from a designated community mailbox and community mailboxes will be directly beside some lots. If you are concerned please contact Canada Post at 0-000-000-0000. The builder shall notify the purchasers of the exact community mailbox locations prior to the closing of any sales.”

COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. The Developer shall be responsible for ensuring that the locations of the community mailboxes are to the satisfaction of Canada Post.
COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. Notwithstanding current objections of the Town of Richmond Hill to this policy, it is likely that there will be no door-to-door mail delivery. Purchasers are advised that Canada Post Corporation intends to service this property through the use of community mailboxes or group boxes and does not intend to implement door-to-door mail delivery to it in the future.

COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. 5.1 Canada Post has directed that community mailboxes be located in certain specific locations. The Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that the community mailboxes are placed in the locations as set out in Schedule "D" attached, and agrees to construct any related facilities, including drainage culverts, required to permit the location of the community mailboxes in the locations as finally approved by the Municipality and Canada Post.
COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. The Owner agrees to consult with Canada Post to determine suitable locations for the placement of Community Mailboxes and to indicate these locations on the appropriate servicing plans. Any such locations shall also be subject to approval by the Town. 148. Prior to offering any dwelling in the Plan for sale, the Owner shall place a “Display Map” on the wall of the sales office in a place readily available to the public which indicates the location of all Canada Post Community Mailbox sites, as approved by Canada Post and the Town.
COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. The Transferee for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns acknowledges being advised as to those lots or blocks identified for potential Community Mailboxes, that all plans used for marketing purposes have indicated the proposed community mailbox location(s).
