Community Managers and Housing Staff. Community Managers and other authorized housing staff members conduct daily walk- throughs of the facility for purposes of community safety and engagement. These include walk-throughs during and outside of business hours and include visiting common areas, hallways, elevator lobbies, and chapter rooms. When the Organization is conducting exclusive activities which require privacy, the Tenant must notify the Landlord in writing of the date, with start & stop times, of the activity at least 72 hours in advance.
