Community Use of Schools. When board/designated permits the use of the schools facilities by outside groups and the Board/Designated determines a custodial is necessary these hours will be offered as extra hours to temporary relief employees on a rotation basis who have not work 40 hours in the week. If no temporary relief employees are available then permanent custodial staff shall be called in for such activities as per Article 17.08 Minimum Call-Back Time.

If no temporary relief casual or less than full-time employees are available then permanent custodial staff shall be called in for such activities as per Article 17.08 Minimum Call-Back Time, on the basis of seniority.
