Commute Employees Benefits. (a) Subject to clause 20.7, the Company by whatever means it deems appropriate will provide Commute Employees with single person’s village or other accommodation during the rostered swing of work. The type and location of the accommodation is at the Company’s discretion. If an Employee chooses not to stay in the accommodation provided the Employee will be responsible for their own accommodation at their own expense.

  • Re-employment An employee who resigns her position and within sixty (60) days is re-employed, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.
