Compaction, Rutting and Soil Restoration. Compaction will be alleviated on all Public Drainage System Right-of-Way traversed by the construction equipment. Right-of-Way that has been compacted will be plowed with three passes of a v- ripper or chisel plow at least eighteen (18) inches deep. In areas where topsoil has been segregated, the Developer will first plow the subsoil with three passes of a v- ripper or chisel plow at least twelve (12) inches deep before replacing the segregated topsoil. Any crane path crossing the Right-of-Way of the Public Drainage System shall utilize moveable crane mats. The Developer will restore all rutted land to as near as practical to its pre- construction condition on Public Drainage System Rights-of-Way. All disturbed areas shall be reseeded and restored to original conditions. If there is any dispute between the Developer and County Drainage Inspector as to what areas need to be ripped or chiseled, the depth of which compacted areas should be ripped or chiseled, or whether the necessary reseeding and restoration to original condition has occurred, Developer shall engage an independent engineer consistent with Articles 7.1 or 7.2 of the Development Agreement, as applicable.

Compaction, Rutting and Soil Restoration. The Developer shall be responsible to restore all land within the District right-of-way that is disturbed during construction of the Project to its pre-construction condition as near as is practicable. All disturbed areas shall be graded and reseeded.

If there is any dispute between the County, Townships, Drainage Authority, or Watershed District as to what areas need to be ripped or chiseled, the depth of which compacted areas should be ripped or chiseled, or whether the necessary reseeding and restoration to original condition has occurred, the Road Authority’s or Drainage Authority’s reasonable opinion shall be binding on the Developer.   • Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.
