Compactor. Any Roll-Off Container which has a compaction mechanism, whether stationary or mobile.
Compactor. Any Debris Box container or bin, which has a compaction 21 mechanism, whether stationary or mobile.
Compactor. Tenant shall be entitled to use the Compactor Area for the operation of the trash compactor currently located within the Compactor Area subject to reasonable rules and regulations that Landlord may impose with respect to the operation of such Compactor; provided, however, within sixty (60) days after written request of Landlord, Tenant shall relocate, at Tenant’s expense, the Compactor to an area designated by Landlord (and approved by Tenant, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) within the Complex or Garage. In such event, the Compactor Area shall, from and after the date of such relocation, be the area so designated by Landlord. Tenant, at its expense, shall maintain, repair and replace such compactor and Compactor Area in good repair and condition throughout the Term of this Lease. In consideration of the agreement of Landlord to the specified uses by Tenant of the Special Use Common Areas, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the rent provided for in Section 6.A(4) of the Lease.
Compactor. If the municipality or other governmental agency shall require Tenant to install a garbage compactor or other storage or waste management facility at the premises, Tenant shall, at Tenant's expense, install such equipment and/or storage facility.
Compactor. “Compactor” means any Container which has a compaction mechanism, 229 whether stationary or mobile. Compactors are most typically Roll-off Containers but may also be Bins.
Compactor. Any Collection Container which has a compaction mechanism, whether 269 stationary or mobile.
Compactor. Has competent operator skills in a range of basic plant including trucks, rollers, compactors etc and can work under limited supervision and perform work of an advanced trades and non-trades nature incidental to the employees main function.
Compactor. 25 Any Roll-Off Container which has a compaction mechanism, whether stationary or 26 mobile.
Compactor. Compactor means a compacting unit that loads a detachable or non- detachable Bin or Debris Box. The detachable or non-detachable Bin or Debris Box serves as a receptacle of Solid Waste, and has a capacity of one (1) cubic yard or larger. The Bin or Debris Box is picked up by a collection vehicle for emptying at a separate location.
Compactor. Any Container which has compaction mechanisms whether 148 stationary or mobile, used or unused, operable or inoperable, all inclusive.
