COMPANY BONUS. The Company Bonus, if any, payable on account of any calendar year during the Employment Period commencing with the year ending December 31, 2001 shall be computed as follows:
(a) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is an amount equal to the Company Target for such year, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $70,000.
(b) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is more than the Company Target and less than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $70,000 + [$70,000 x 2 X (NI - CT)] ------------- CT where: CB = the Company Bonus earned in such year. CT = the Company Target for such year. NI = the Net Income of the Company for such year.
(c) If the Net Income of the Company for such year is equal to or greater than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $105,000.
(d) If the Net Income of the Company for such year is greater than 75% of the Company Target but less than the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $70,000 - [$70,000 x 4 X (CT -NI)] ------------ CT where: CB = the Company Bonus earned in such year. CT = the Company Target for such year. NI = the Net Income of the Company for such year.
(e) If the Net Income of the Company for such year is equal to or less than 75% of the Company Target, the Employee shall not be entitled to a Company Bonus.
COMPANY BONUS. You are eligible to earn an annual bonus of $57,500, 25% of your base salary, pro-rated upon date of hire and based upon the company 2011 Management Bonus Plan.
COMPANY BONUS. The Company Bonus, if any, payable on account of any calendar year shall be computed as follows:
(i) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is an amount equal to the Company Target for such year, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $40,000.
(ii) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is more than the Company Target and less than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $40,000 + [$40,000 x 2 x (NI - CT)] ------------ CT where: CB = the Company Bonus earned in such year. CT = the Company Target for such year. NI = the Net Income of the Company for such year.
(iii) If the Net Income of the Company for such year is equal to or greater than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $60,000.
(iv) If the Net Income of the Company for such year is greater than 75% of the Company Target but less than the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $40,000 - [$40,000 x 4 x (CT - NI)] ------------ CT
COMPANY BONUS. The Company Bonus, if any, payable on account of any calendar year shall be computed as follows:
(i) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is an amount equal to the Company Target for such year, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $35,000.
(ii) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is more than the Company Target and less than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $35,000 + [$35,000 x 2 x (NI - CT)] ------------- CT where: CB = the Company Bonus earned in such year.
COMPANY BONUS. At or prior to the Closing, all of the bonus related to Company Bonus held by the Bonus Holders shall have been duly paid, terminated or canceled in accordance with the Bonus Letters or Services Agreement, as applicable.
COMPANY BONUS. The Grantee shall do the following:
1. Comply with the applicable requirements of Paragraphs E and F of this Section;
2. Agree to all terms and conditions of the WAV Bonus Program; and
3. Provide proof of payment of Trip Bonuses and Evening Trip Bonuses to all eligible drivers including eligible drivers referred to Grantee by DFHV.
COMPANY BONUS. Employee shall be eligible for participation in a Company bonus plan if and when such is adopted by Company. Any such bonus shall be at the exclusive discretion of Company and Employee’s Direct Supervisor.
COMPANY BONUS. Plan refers to the plan that provides for incentive-based annual corporate bonuses for all Senior Executives, or such other bonus plan as the Company may from time to time adopt for its Senior Executives in its sole discretion, for providing such incentive-based annual bonuses. The Company Bonus Plan shall establish the bonus criteria for the Company and/or the Executive required for specified bonus payment percentages to be earned. Any such employee-performance criteria which the Company makes applicable to the Executive shall be consistent with the Executive’s Position. The Executive’s Bonus Plan is attached as Exhibit B.
COMPANY BONUS. Subject to subsection (F) below, for each calendar year during the Employment Period commencing with the year ending December 31, 2000, at the end of which year the Employee is employed by the Company, the Employee shall be eligible to be paid a bonus, which shall be computed based upon the Company's Net Income as compared to the Company Target for such year (the "Company Bonus"). The Company Bonus, if any, payable on account of any calendar year shall be computed as follows:
(A) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is an amount equal to the Company Target for such year, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus in the amount of $200,000.
(B) if the Net Income of the Company for such year is more than the Company Target and less than 125% of the Company Target, the Employee shall be entitled to a Company Bonus as calculated below: CB = $200,000 + [$200,000 x 2 X (NI - CT)] -------------- CT
COMPANY BONUS. Subject to subsection (A) below, for each calendar year during the Employment Period commencing with the year ending December 31, 2001, at the end of which year the Employee is employed by the Company, the Employee shall be eligible to be paid the Base Company Bonus, pro-rated upward or downward, based on a plan determined annually by the Board (or the Executive Committee), reliant upon Net Income, cash flow, or other criteria. The actual sum may be more, less or none, based on the Board's structure of the calculation of the plan.
(A) For any calendar year regarding which the Employee is entitled to a bonus under the foregoing provisions of this subsection (2) but during which year the Employee did not work the entire calendar year, unless otherwise provided herein, the Employee shall be entitled to a bonus equal to the product of the bonus, as calculated under the foregoing provisions, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of months during such calendar year that the Employee was employed by the Company and the denominator of which is twelve.
