Expenditure of Grant Funds. Grant funds will be used to reimburse a portion of local funds expended by the Grantee during their second preceding fiscal year (October 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019) for the operation and maintenance of a library and shall not exceed the amount specified in Attachment B. No costs incurred after the second preceding fiscal year shall be allowed unless specifically authorized by the Division.

Funds provided under this grant agreement must be expended in accordance with the applicable state and federal statutes, regulations, policies and procedures and the state and local plan, pursuant to WIOA sections 102 and 107, including the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry’s Financial Management Guide (Workforce System Policy No. 03-2015), Federal Lobbying Disclosure Act, 2 U.S.C. §§ 1601-1614 and, where applicable, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
Expenditure of Grant Funds. Any funds not expended in accordance with the terms of this agreement must be returned to Grantor. Grantee shall not use any portion of the funds granted herein to engage in any grassroots or direct lobbying, to intervene in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office, to fund union activity, to induce or encourage violations of law or public policy, to cause any improper private benefit to occur, nor to take any other action inconsistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Expenditure of Grant Funds. 1. The grant funds are restricted to the uses as described above and are to be used in accordance with the approved budget.
2. If the approved budget involves charging indirect costs as a percent of direct program costs, the indirect rate should be applied to actual expenditures for each grant period.
3. All earnings on the investment of the Grant interest and other income earned on the investment of the Grant from the time of the award to expenditure is to be used only for the purposes described in the Grant Documentation.
4. Budget revisions of $10,000 or more and/or any significant changes in the original program plan must be reported and approved in writing in advance by FAMRI.
Expenditure of Grant Funds. The grant is to be used for the explicit purposes stated in the grant application, and funds provided by the Xxxxxxxx Foundation may be spent only as described in that grant application. Any modification to the program or project described in the grant application may be made only with the prior written approval of the Xxxxxxxx Foundation.
