Management Bonus Plan definition

Management Bonus Plan means that certain 2016 Management Bonus Plan of the Company, effective as of immediately prior to the Closing, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Management Bonus Plan means the Borrower's "Management Bonus Plan" pursuant to which the Borrower will pay management bonuses totalling approximately $32,000,000, comprised of approximately $1,100,000 in shares of common stock of the Borrower valued at the initial public offering price of the Borrower's common stock and a cash portion that the Borrower expects will be used to satisfy the recipients' tax obligations arising from the shares of common stock.

Management Bonus Plan has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Employee Bonus Payments” in this Section 1.

Examples of Management Bonus Plan in a sentence

• The “Termination Payment” shall be an amount equal to (A) the Executive’s annual base salary immediately prior to the termination of the Executive’s employment plus (B) the Executive’s target annual bonus under the Company’s Senior Management Bonus Plan for the year in which the termination of the Executive’s employment occurs.

More Definitions of Management Bonus Plan

Management Bonus Plan means the bonus plan of the Company that provides for annual cash awards to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to eligible members of Executive, Senior and Middle management of the Company, the bonus award pool for which is approved by the Executive Compensation Committee on an annual basis.
