Management Bonus Plan definition

Management Bonus Plan means that certain 2016 Management Bonus Plan of the Company, effective as of immediately prior to the Closing, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Management Bonus Plan means the Borrower's "Management Bonus Plan" pursuant to which the Borrower will pay management bonuses totalling approximately $32,000,000, comprised of approximately 1,100,000 shares of common stock of the Borrower valued at the initial public offering price of the Borrower's common stock and a cash portion that the Borrower expects will be used to satisfy the recipients' tax obligations arising from the shares of common stock.

Management Bonus Plan has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Employee Bonus Payments” in this Section 1.

Examples of Management Bonus Plan in a sentence

• The Executive shall be eligible to earn a performance bonus under the Employer’s Management Bonus Plan (the “Bonus”) upon the attainment of certain performance measures.

• The performance criteria under the Management Bonus Plan shall include such items as performance of the Company compared to its fiscal year plan and budget; new business and customer development by the Company; and operational efficiency of the Company.

• EMPLOYEE's entitlement to a bonus under the Management Bonus Plan will be governed by terms of that Plan.

• Management Bonus Plan target objectives shall be developed on or before February 28th of each year of the Management Bonus Plan.

More Definitions of Management Bonus Plan

Management Bonus Plan means the annual cash bonus plan approved by the Board of Directors and amended from time to time. Participants in the Management Bonus Plan shall be eligible to receive annual cash payments based on Board assessment of performance which may be totally discretionary or based partially or totally on specific objectives established by the Board for the Company and Executive for the fiscal year.

Management Bonus Plan means the Management Bonus Plan maintained by the IFC Affiliated Group.

Management Bonus Plan means Target’s Management Incentive Bonus Plan.

Management Bonus Plan means the written document setting forth the terms and conditions of the Company’s Cash Incentive Program (Company Transactions), as amended from time to time.
