The Company Location clause defines the official physical address or principal place of business of the company as recognized in the agreement. Company Location. Within sixty (60) days following the Closing Date, Company, Nina Biosciences, Inc. or Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ Biosciences, Inc. (either alone or together) shall establish facilities in or around Thousand Oaks, California (the “Thousand Oaks Facilities”). At least one of Company, Nina Biosciences, Inc., or Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ Biosciences, Inc. shall be obligated to maintain such Thousand Oaks Facilities until the earliest of (a) two (2) years following the date of such establishment, (b) the end of the Term or (c) a Sale Transaction of Company. Promptly after the Closing Date, Amgen and Company shall work together to mutually identify appropriate personnel candidates to develop and commercialize the Product in the Territory. Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to hire and retain such candidates. Company Location. Sionix' current headquarters is located in Santa Monica, California. From time to time it is understood that the headquarters location might change. The executive team will be expected to spend significant amounts of time meeting at that headquarters, regardless of place of residence. Executive will not be required to relocate his residence as a condition of employment. Should Sionix relocate further than fifty (50) miles from Executive’s residence, business travel for attendance at Sionix meetings will be at the expense of Sionix.

The executive team will be expected to spend significant amounts of time meeting at that headquarters, regardless of place of residence. Executive will not be required to relocate his residence as a condition of employment. Business travel for attendance at Zeros & Ones meetings will be at the expense of Zeros & Ones.
Company Location. Company will ensure that the Location of Company and each of its Affiliates receiving benefits under this Agreement or any other Microsoft Partner Network Agreement signed by Company or its Affiliates are at distinctly different addresses. The addresses used for the MPN must correspond to actual Locations of Company or its Affiliates, and may not be duplicative or misleading in any manner.
