Company Logo. The Company hereby grants the Investor Stockholders permission to use the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ name and logo in marketing materials. The Investor Stockholders, or Affiliates of the Investor Stockholders, as applicable, shall include a trademark attribution notice giving notice of the Company’s ownership of its trademarks in the marketing materials in which the Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ name and logo appear.
