Common use of COMPANY PREMISES Clause in Contracts

COMPANY PREMISES. Authority xxxxxx agrees to lease to Company and Company hereby agrees to lease from Authority in support of Company’s Business, certain real property as set forth in this Article 4 (collectively, the “Company Premises”). Authority hereby authorizes Company to utilize common use space in the Elevator Penthouse of the of the Airport, as depicted on Exhibit A, Location of Radio Base Station, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, for the purpose of installing, maintaining and operating a radio base station and associated antennae in support of its operations under the Basic Agreement. No specific leasehold is defined. The exact location of Company's radio base station is determined by Authority and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Authority by letter to Company without formal amendment to this Agreement.
