Preferential Use Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately total square feet, consisting of the following:

Preferential Use Premises. The Port grants to Airline, subject to Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the right to use, on a preferential use basis, the Preferential Use Premises identified in the Premises Notice.

Lessee shall have the right to permit its code share partners and commuter carriers to have access to Lessee’s Preferential South Terminal Space. Exhibit C shall be amended, effective as of the Date of Beneficial Occupancy of all of Lessee’s Preferential South Terminal Space resulting from the XxXxxxxx Terminal Phase II Project, to include all of such space not then reflected on Exhibit C, which amendment may be entered into by the Chief Executive Officer of Lessor without further approvals of Lessor’s Board.
Preferential Use Premises. City grants to Airline, subject to TITLE III, TITLE IV and TITLE V and all other applicable provisions of this Agreement, the right to use, on a Preferential Use basis, the Preferential Use Premises identified in the Premises Notice, Exhibit A and Exhibit K.
