USE OF COMPANY PREMISES. The Supplier shall ensure that neither the Supplier nor its employees or agents shall do any act or thing at any premises owned or occupied or controlled by the Company that is not solely for the benefit of the Company and done in the course of the proper performance of the Services and as may be permitted by this Agreement.

USE OF COMPANY PREMISES. The Company Premises will consist of approximately 9,609 square feet of office space as of the Effective Date in such locations as agreed by Provider and the Company at the building owned and occupied by Provider at 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 (the "Building"). The Company will have the right to use and occupy the Company Premises solely for the purpose of operating the Company and the Company Business and such general office use and such other uses as are consistent and compatible with the ownership and operation of the Company and the Company Business, so long as such use and occupancy does not interfere with the normal business operations of Provider. The Company will not use or occupy the Company Premises for any unlawful purpose and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and certificates of occupancy. The Company will comply with such rules and regulations and security requirements as are promulgated from time to time by Provider with respect to the Building.

  • USE OF THE LEASED PREMISES Use of the Leased Premises is limited to aeronautical uses. The Lessee may use the Leased Premises, at its own risk, for the following purposes and for no other purpose (including commercial or business use) without the prior written approval of the Airport Director:

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of the Premises 8.1. To use the Premises only as a private residence for the occupation of the Tenant and his immediate family.

  • Use of Leased Premises The Lessor is leasing the Premises to the Lessee and the Lessee is hereby agreeing to lease the Premises for the following use and purpose: . Any change in use or purpose the Premises other than as described above shall be upon prior written consent of Lessor only.

  • Use of Equipment mechanical failure of the equipment; negligent design or manufacture of the equipment; the provision of or the failure by the Organization to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance as to the use of the equipment; failure to use or operate the equipment within my own ability.

  • Use of Premises The Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant and Tenant's immediate family, consisting of , exclusively, as a private single family dwelling, and no part of the Premises shall be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single family dwelling. Tenant shall not allow any other person, other than Tenant's immediate family or transient relatives and friends who are guests of Tenant, to use or occupy the Premises without first obtaining Landlord's written consent to such use. Tenant shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules and orders of any and all governmental or quasi-governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy and preservation of the Premises.
