COMPANY RELATIONS. 4.1 lt is understood and agreed, inasmuch as the Company recognizes the Union as the employees’ bargaining agency, as evidence of good faith, the Union assumes responsibility for its members in their relations with the Company and will use its best efforts to have the employees’ responsibility under the contract carried out in letter and spirit and to have its members deliver a fair day’s work as called for by the position involved and the reasonable orders of the Company.
