Call-Out Guarantee. A minimum of four (4) hours pay will be paid to an employee who is called out for duty by management after the employee has left the Company premises. The Company and the employee may agree to a lesser amount for less than four hours worked.
Call-Out Guarantee. Any employee who shall be required to perform special call out assignments after they have completed their normal daily assignment and has checked out and left the Employer’s premises, shall be guaranteed three (3) hours of work or the equivalent thereof in pay and shall be paid therefore at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly wage rate applicable to the classification to which they are assigned on such work. Such hours of work shall not be included in the accumulated hours of work for that week.
Call-Out Guarantee. An Employee who is called out to work outside her regular scheduled working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates.

An employee who is required to work on a day of rest or General Holiday shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours of pay at overtime rates for such call out.

Employees who are called out to work on a day they are not 16 regularly scheduled to work or at a time which is not contiguous to their regular shift, shall be 17 guaranteed three (3) hours of work or pay at their regular rate; provided that an employee who is 18 called out and actually works less than one-half hour, but whose actual time worked plus travel time 19 equals more than three (3) hours, shall be paid for the actual time worked plus travel time.

b) Employees called out and who are required to return to the work site shall be paid for all hours worked at overtime rates in accordance with Article 19.3 of this Collective Agreement.
c) Where an employee is called out a second (2nd) time within the original three (3) hour period, no new three (3) hour period will commence until the end of the original period.
d) Employees called out who can respond to the request by telephone or through the use of a personal computer and modem shall be paid for all hours worked at overtime rates in accordance with Article 19, with a guaranteed minimum payment of one (1) hour’s pay at overtime rates on each occasion of call out.
e) Employees who are on standby and who are subsequently called out shall receive both the application standby and call out premiums.
Call-Out Guarantee. Employees who are called in to work on an operational 7 shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work or pay at their regular rate; provided that an employee 8 who is called out and actually works less than one-half (1/2) hour, but whose actual time worked 9 plus travel time equals more than two (2) hours, shall be paid for the actual time worked plus 10 travel time.
Call-Out Guarantee. Employees who are called in to work on an operational 25 unit on a day they are not regularly scheduled to work and not contiguous to their regular shift, 26 shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of work or pay at their regular rate; provided that an employee 1 who is called out and actually works less than one-half (1/2) hour, but whose actual time worked 2 plus travel time equals more than two (2) hours, shall be paid for the actual time worked plus 3 travel time.
