Company's Right to Inspect. Manager will permit representatives of the Company, at the Company's cost, during normal business hours and upon not less than five business days' advanced written request, to (i) visit and inspect during normal business hours Manager's properties and facilities which are utilized in connection with Manager's provision of services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation access to, and the right to make copies of, books and records of the Company located at such properties and facilities, and (ii) discuss with Manager's officers and employees such properties and facilities and Manager's provision of services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement. All such information shall be held in confidence by the Company, except for disclosures made to the Company's advisors, lenders and investors, or as required to be disclosed by process of law or other applicable law.

Company's Right to Inspect a. The Company may, in its discretion and upon reasonable notice not to be less than 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed to by the Company and the Seller), observe the construction of the Facility (including but not limited to relay settings and trip schemes) and the equipment to be installed therein. b. Within fourteen Days after receiving a written request from the Seller to begin producing electric energy in parallel with the Company System, the Company may inspect the Facility (including but not limited to relay settings and trip schemes) and observe the performance of the verification testing. The Company may accept or reject the request to begin producing electric energy based upon the inspe4ction or verification test results. c. If the Company does not perform an inspection of the Facility (including but not limited to relay settings and trip schemes) and observe the performance of verification testing within the fourteen-Day period, the Seller may begin to produce electric energy after certifying to the Company that the Facility has been tested in accordance with the verification testing requirements and has successfully completed such tests. After receiving the certification, the Company may conduct an inspection of the Facility (including but not limited to relay settings and trip schemes) and make reasonable inquiries of the Seller, but only for purposes of determining whether the verification tests were properly performed. The Seller shall not be required to perform the verification tests a second time, unless irregularities appear in the verification test report or there are other objective indications that the tests were not properly performed in the first instance. d. The Company may, in its discretion and upon reasonable notice not to be less than 24 hours (unless an apparent safety or emergency situation exists which requires immediate inspection to resolve a known or suspected problem), inspect the Facility (including but not limited to relay settings and trip schemes) and its operations (including but not limited to the operation of control, synchronizing, and protection schemes) after the Facility commences operations.

Company's Right to Inspect. Bottler agrees upon prior notice from the Company received within a reasonable time, to permit representatives of the Company to enter the Bottling Facility at all reasonable times during normal business hours for the purpose of inspecting all production facilities, equipment and supplies used in the manufacturing of the Products, to take with them samples of Products and related materials and to conduct physical inventories of raw materials and finished goods.
Company's Right to Inspect. To determine whether you are complying with this Agreement, the Marketing Methods and any other specifications, standards, operating procedures and policies that we prescribe for operating Franchised Tupperware Distributorships, to assess the service being provided to Consultants and retail customers in the area served by the Franchised Distributorship and to engage in market research and testing, and in connection with our exercising our other rights under this Agreement and conducting our business, we have the right at any reasonable time to: (1) inspect the Premises (unless it is your home) and all vehicles and facilities used in operating the Franchised Distributorship; (2) contact, interview, observe and videotape you, Consultants and employees while they conduct business; (3) contact and interview hostesses and guests of Tupperware parties held by Consultants; and (4) take an inventory of any TUPPERWARE Products and Marketing Materials in your possession and remove samples of them for inspection and testing. You agree to cooperate fully with our representatives making these inspections, observations or interviews.
Company's Right to Inspect. USU will permit representatives of IWO, the Chief Restructuring Officer and other parties approved by the Chief Restructuring Officer, at IWO’s cost, during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance written request, to (i) visit and inspect during normal business hours USU’s properties and facilities which are utilized in connection with USU’s provision of services to IWO pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation access to, and the right to make copies of, books and records of IWO located at such properties and facilities, and (ii) discuss with USU’s officers and employees such properties and facilities and USU’s provision of services to IWO pursuant to this Agreement. All such information shall be held in confidence by IWO, except for disclosures made to IWO’s advisors, lenders and investors, or as required to be disclosed by process of law or other applicable law.

Company's Right to Inspect. Company or its employees, representatives, lenders or agents shall have access to the Community and the files, books, accounts, and records of Manager related to the Community at any and all reasonable times during usual business hours for the purpose of inspection or showing the Community to prospective purchasers, investors, Residents or mortgagees.
Company's Right to Inspect. Executive agrees that, to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to retain, access, and inspect all property of Executive of any kind in the office, work area, or on the premises of the Company at the termination of Executive's employment for any reason and at any time during Executive's Company employment.
