Common use of COMPASSIONATE Clause in Contracts

COMPASSIONATE. 33.02 Leave – With Pay Compassionate leave of absence with pay shall be granted for twenty-two point five (22.5) working hours. Up to fifteen (15) additional working hours with pay shall be granted for travelling time when this is warranted in the judgement of the Employer.
