Compensation and Absences. 9.4.1 When a unit member whose compensation is based upon the regular salary schedule is absent for reasons which do not justify the use of any of the forms of authorized leave with pay, a fraction of the unit member’s annual salary will be deducted. The fraction will be the number of days absent divided by the number of service days for which the unit member is obligated.

Compensation and Absences. A. College will compensate the City $129,427.52 per year for the CRO services for 9.5 months. The City will invoice the College in four (4) quarterly installments of $32,356.88 as follows: Services for: Invoiced on: September, October and November November 30 December, January and February February 28 March, April and May May 31 June August 31 The College agrees to pay within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the City’s invoice.   • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.
