Regular Salary Schedule. Year 1 – 2022-2023 Amended Salary Schedule; all appropriate steps/column movement. Any unit member who receives less than a 2.0% increase to their annual salary in the 2022-2023 school year (when compared to their annual salary with Yellow Springs Exempted Village School District for the 2021-2022 school year) will receive a payment of $2,000 during the 2022-2023 school year. One-half of the $2,000 payment will be paid in December, 2022 and one-half in June, 2023. All applicable taxes, deductions and withholdings will be applied to this payment. Year 2 – 2023-2024 1.5% on base; all appropriate steps/column movement. Year 3 – 2024-2025 1.5% on base; all appropriate steps/column movement.

Regular Salary Schedule. 7.6.1a School Year 2003-2004 teachers’ and psychologists’ salary schedules shall be decreased .5% (one half percent) from the 2002-2003 salary schedule reflecting a school year of 186 work days (180 instructional days, 3 duty days, 3 staff development days). Work days for non-186 day unit members’ calendars shall be decreased by one day from 2002-2003. This decrease shall be applied to all unit members.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Salary Scales 1. In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.
