Compensation for Camping Programs. Employees required to work in a 24-hour camp operation shall be compensated with one day off with pay for each 24-hour day spent in camp. The earned time off is to be taken upon commencement of the employee's next workday in addition to and in conjunction with the employee's normal days of rest.
