Shift Patterns. (1) Five days on/two days off;
(2) Five days on/two days off; four days on/three days off;
(3) Four days on/three days off.
Shift Patterns. The Employer, in scheduling shifts, shall take into consideration an Employee’s request for certain shift schedules, subject to the requirements of Clause 12.05.
Shift Patterns. The parties agree that should there be a requirement for a shift pattern change and there is no agreement between the staff affected and the direct Supervisor, the Union will meet with the Employer and discuss the issue with the intent of reaching agreement. Should no agreement occur, the parties shall use an Hours of Work Umpire and put forward written submissions outlining their positions. The Hours of Work Umpire shall make a final and binding decision. Neither party shall use Legal Counsel. The Hours of Work Umpire shall be Xxx Xxxxxx.
Shift Patterns. (1) Five (5) day schedule;
(2) Five (5) day, four (4) day schedule, with the extra day off scheduled by mutual agreement at the local level. The nine (9) work days within the two (2) week period shall be seven (7) hours and forty-seven (47) minutes in duration; or
(3) Four (4) day week, with the extra day off scheduled by mutual agreement at the local level. The four (4) work days in the week shall be eight (8) hours and forty-five (45) minutes in duration; or
(4) The workday shall be seven (7) hours and thirty (30) minutes duration with the extra time worked accumulated and scheduled by mutual agreement at the local level as a day off every three (3) weeks.
Shift Patterns. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Collective Agreement, all employees shall work a 4:3 shift pattern on the summer shift, as found in MOU #1. The schedule for the winter shift shall remain at 5:2.
Shift Patterns. (a) All matters pertaining to the length of the work day and shift patterns shall be determined by this Agreement and be implemented at each assembly point by mutual agreement.
(b) Shift pattern changes shall be limited to a maximum of four (4) per year with a minimum duration of two (2) months for any shift pattern except by mutual agreement at the local level.

(ii) The shift patterns which may be available are:
(a) days, evenings, nights (rotation);
(b) days only;
(c) evenings only;
(d) nights only;
(e) evenings and days (rotation);
(f) nights and evenings (rotation);
(g) nights and days (rotation);
(h) weekends only.
(iii) The Employer shall have the right to assign periods of day duty to Employees working evenings or nights, for the purpose of maintaining proficiency, totaling not more than one hundred and ninety-three point seven five (193.75) regular hours worked in a calendar year. This may be extended by up to a further one hundred and ninety three point seven five (193.75) regular hours worked by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
