Compensation for Lost Time. If an assault on a teacher results in loss of time, the teacher shall be paid in full for such time and such absence shall in no event be deducted from any sick leave to which such teacher is entitled.
Compensation for Lost Time. Settlement Class Members may claim up to 4 hours of lost time, at $25 an hour, if at least one-half hour of documented time was spent dealing with the Data Incident. If a teacher receives xxxxxxx’x compensation benefits stemming from work related injuries, all salary for missed days will be withheld. Settlement Class Members with time spent remedying issues related to the Data Incident may receive reimbursement of $25.00 per hour up to five hours (for a total of $125.00) with an attestation including a brief description of the action(s) take in response to the Data Incident.
Compensation for Lost Time. All Settlement Class Members who have spent time dealing with the Data Incident may claim up to five (5) hours for lost time at a rate of $35.00 per hour. Settlement Class Members who spent time remedying issues related to the Data Breach can receive reimbursement for up to ten (10) hours of lost time at a rate of $30 per hour with an attestation that they spent the claimed time responding to issues raised by the Data Breach, including but not limited to: (i) changing passwords on potentially impacted accounts; (ii) monitoring for or investigating suspicious activity on potentially impacted medical, financial, or other accounts; (iii) contacting a medical provider or financial institution to discuss suspicious activity; (iv) signing up for identity theft or fraud monitoring; or (v) researching information about the Data Breach, its impact, or how to protect themselves from harm due to a Data Breach. Class Members must attest under penalty of perjury that the time was spent remedying issues raised by the Data Breach. No additional documentation shall be required for members of the Settlement Class to receive compensation for attested time spent. Claims made for time spent can be combined with reimbursement for Ordinary Documented Losses subject to the $2,000.00 aggregate individual cap.
