Fraud Monitoring Sample Clauses

Fraud Monitoring. Xxxxxxxx is solely responsible for monitoring its Transactions and the actions of its officers, directors, employees, agents, business invitees, third party vendors and other person who, with out or without Merchant’s consent or cooperation, obtains access to Transactions for fraudulent or other improper use. Additional fraud-prevention, risk-mitigating and other operational procedures, including those pertaining to PCI compliance, may be accessed free of charge at xxx.xxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Merchant is required to access such information and remain familiar with same.
Fraud Monitoring. Fraud monitoring for customers are provided by a third party vendor for fraud protection. The fraud monitoring company has tools to detect unusual behavior patterns and enables the company to contact you if they detect abnormal patterns and to potentially block fraudulent transactions.

Fraud Monitoring. The Merchant is obligated to cooperate in the investigation of suspicious transactions and activities. BBMSL is obligated to report any suspicious, illegal, fraudulent transactions and activities to relevant government authorities.
Fraud Monitoring. Manager shall monitor usage of Program products and services by Cardholders, and the provision of Program products and services by Distributors, to track, review and report on fraudulent use of Program products and services, and the Parties shall cooperate to reduce fraud. Manager also shall adopt such fraud monitoring practices in accordance with Xxxxxx Bank’s internal procedures (as provided to Manager by Xxxxxx Bank from time to time), standard industry practices and any Applicable Laws, as such industry practices or Applicable Laws may change over time. Manager shall provide to Xxxxxx Bank a summary report of findings from Manager’s fraud monitoring upon request.
Fraud Monitoring. 12.14.1 SBC MISSOURI will provide Fraud Monitoring as set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
Fraud Monitoring. A. Standard fraud monitoring parameters are currently set as follows (and may be modified by Frontier): usage exceeds 4 hours on a single domestic call (2 hours international on a single call) in a 24 hour period, or when a Code has more than 50 completed call attempts in a 24 hour period, whichever occurs first. Further, flag thresholds may be set at Equal Net's request on a Code-by- Code basis to assist in the detection and shut-down of fraud activity. For example: set a flag on the number of calls or minutes in a 24 hour period; specify originating or terminating numbers for monitoring; set parameters on the length of a single call, or total minutes of usage of the Code. B. When the monitoring parameters are exceeded, Frontier will promptly notify Equal Net of such fact. If Equal Net cannot be notified, Frontier may restrict the use of a Code if Frontier determines there is a sufficient risk of fraudulent use. C. If the monitoring parameters are exceeded for a Code and Frontier fails to provide Equal Net with prompt notice thereof, and Equal Net has otherwise complied with Frontier's recommended Code security procedures, Equal Net is eligible for a credit for usage charges on such Code determined by Frontier to have been fraudulent. D. Except as otherwise covered under C above, Equal Net is liable for all charges with respect to fraudulent use of a Code.

Fraud Monitoring. We and Bank Partner review P2P Transfer activity at various times for, among other things, suspicious or illegal activity, and whether a P2P Transfer complies with applicable law, these Terms, the Step Account Agreement, or any other agreement the sender or recipient has with us or Bank Partner. In connection with our review process, we may require you to provide additional information and/or documentation to verify your identity. Your (or your Authorized User’s) User Account, Step Account, and/or access to Credit or funds sent to you may be limited until verification is completed. Reviews may result in, among other things, (i) delayed, blocked or canceled P2P Transfers; (ii) money or Credit being held by Bank Partner;
Fraud Monitoring. NeighborWorks acknowledges that Treasury or its designees may develop and implement practices to monitor, detect and prevent fraud related to MHA, including the In-Take and Outreach Components, and monitor compliance with Applicable Laws. NeighborWorks covenants that it will fully and promptly cooperate with Treasury's or its designees’ inquiries about any alleged, perceived or actual fraud and comply with any anti-fraud and legal compliance procedures which Treasury may require.
