Common use of Compensation for Post Mortem Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Post Mortem. An employee who assists in the performance of a post mortem, which is not part of such job description, will be paid at the rate of fifty ($50.00) dollars per post mortem in addition to any pay the employee would be entitled to under the terms of this Agreement.
