Benefits During Leave of Absence Without Pay. ‌ When on leave of absence without pay, Employees shall be entitled to benefits of this Agreement, other than salary as follows: • An Employee shall be entitled to earn sick leave, vacation leave and Designated Holidays for the first thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of an unpaid leave of absence.

Benefits During Leave of Absence Without Pay a) Up to and Including Thirty (30) Days Employees shall accumulate seniority, sick leave credits, Statutory Holidays, vacation credits and increments up to and including thirty (30) calendar days. Over Thirty (30) Days Employees shall not accumulate sick leave credits or vacation credits for the period of absence greater than thirty (30) calendar days and a new increment date shall be established for the determination of increments. The accumulation of seniority shall be in accordance with Article of this Collective Agreement.
