COMPENSATION OF REALTOR®. ❑ Upon Client’s execution of the Contract, Client agrees to pay, and REALTOR® acknowledges receipt of a retainer fee of $ as compensation for initial professional counseling, consultations and research. If the purchase, exchange or lease contract between Client and seller/lessor fails to close or to be executed because of any default on the part of Client, with the exception of purchase, exchange or lease contract contingencies, compensation of REALTOR® will not be waived, but will be due and payable immediately.

COMPENSATION OF REALTOR®. Buyer understands that real estate commissions are paid to REALTOR ® at the conclusion of a purchase transaction and are typically paid by a Seller. The use of the services of a Buyer’s Agent/ REALTOR ® will not result in additional fees owed to the REALTOR® by the Buyer, unless a Purchase or Exchange occurs for a property not represented by a Broker (for example: For Sale By Owner property). In the case of Buyer wanting to purchase a For Sale By Owner property, Buyer agrees that REALTOR ® will make contact with Seller of property to discuss presentation of Buyer’s offer and any subsequent fees due to REALTOR ® on behalf of that transaction.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.
