Common use of Compensatory Flex Days Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Flex Days. Weekend days and holidays will not be counted as duty days unless the principal receives Superintendent approval in advance of the requested duty day for special circumstances that require the principal to be on duty. Compensatory Flex Days may be granted for attendance at conferences or workshops, for necessary travel days related to conference attendance, for special school activity or athletic related functions, or for other special circumstances, subject to the discretion and approval of the Superintendent or his/her designee.
