Compensatory Time and Overtime. 1. a All secretaries can accrue up to but not exceeding 35 hours of compensatory time per contract year. Prior to accruing compensatory time the secretary must have approval of the immediate supervisor. Failure to receive advanced approval may subject employee to denial of requested time.
