Common use of Complaints about Members Clause in Contracts

Complaints about Members. 11.05.1 Complaints about a Member alleging a violation of Article 11.02 shall be addressed to the Member, unless the complainant has good reason to fear personal harm or offense. If so, or if the complainant is dissatisfied with the response, the complaint shall be addressed to the Member’s Xxxx, with copies to the Association.
