LOAN SERVICES ADDENDUM If a Fund directs the Custodian in writing to perform loan services, the Custodian and the Fund will be bound by the terms of the Loan Services Addendum attached hereto. The Fund shall reimburse Custodian for its fees and expenses related thereto as agreed upon from time to time in writing by the Fund and the Custodian.
Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.
Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
Amendment to Exhibit A to Services Agreement Solely with respect to Accounts that are not investment companies registered under the 1940 Act, the section of Exhibit A to the Services Agreement entitled “Administration and Risk Management” shall be, and hereby is, deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.
Business Locations; Agent for Process Each of Borrower’s and each of its Subsidiary’s chief executive office, location of books and records and other places of business are as listed on Exhibit 6.1.1 hereto, as updated from time to time by Borrower in accordance with the provisions of subsection 6.1.1. During the preceding one-year period, neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries has had an office, place of business or agent for service of process, other than as listed on Exhibit 6.1.1. All tangible Collateral is and will at all times be kept by Borrower and its Subsidiaries in accordance with subsection 6.1.1. Except as shown on Exhibit 6.1.1, as of the date hereof, no Inventory is stored with a bailee, distributor, warehouseman or similar party, nor is any Inventory consigned to any Person.
DATA ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM TO CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT Addendum to the Custodian Agreement (as defined below) between each fund listed on Appendix A to the Custodian Agreement, as such Appendix A is amended from time to time (each such fund listed on Appendix A shall be individually referred to herein as the “Fund”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”).
