COMPLETION OF HIRE. At the end of hiring the Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition, the premises are cleared of people, all lights and a/c’s switched off, doors properly locked and secured, unless directed otherwise by authorised representatives of the Home.

All rubbish, litter waste materials including food is REMOVED & TAKEN AWAY (That’s Home or to a suitable Refuse Site for disposal). Should this not be complied with Methwold Parish Council reserves the right to make an additional charge, which may be deducted from the deposit paid.

At the end of hiring, the Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition*, and properly locked and secured unless directed otherwise by authorised representatives of Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. You should properly replace any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions, return all cables used and close windows. You must also remove all foodstuffs and any temporary decorations from the premises. *If the Hirer hires the Galley, please see additional terms and conditions for its clean and tidy condition, point 20. Should you not comply with these requirements, Dalgety Bay Sailing Club reserves the right to make an additional charge to you, which may be deducted from your paid deposit.
COMPLETION OF HIRE. At the end of the hiring, the Hirer accepts responsibility for leaving the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition, properly locked and secured and any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions properly replaced unless directed otherwise by Church Office staff representing ‘CBC’. When the keys are collected ‘CBC’ will provide the Hirer with information regarding those matters to be dealt with. Should this term not be complied with, ‘CBC’ reserve the right to make an additional charge, all or part of which may be deducted from the deposit, in order to cover any costs necessary to rectify the situation.
COMPLETION OF HIRE. Where the Hire is for a fixed period, it shall terminate on the Date of Termination. In the event that the Hire is continued after the Date of Termination without any new period being determined, until such time as the Equipment shall have been returned the Hirer will pay by way of recompense for the continued use of the Equipment on demand a daily sum (payable in arrears) at the same rate as the Hire Charge due in respect thereof, provided that the foregoing shall not confer upon the Hirer any right to the continued use or possession of the Equipment.

If the heating has been used make sure the radiator stats are turn back as found. Should this not be complied with Ilminster Hall Trustees reserves the right to make an additional charge, which may be deducted from the deposit paid.
COMPLETION OF HIRE. 15.1 Where the hire is for a fixed period, it shall terminate on the Date of Termination. Where the hire is not for a fixed period, or where it is continued after the expiry of the fixed period without any new period or extension order being determined, the charges as set out in the Quotation shall continue.
15.2 If the Hirer shall fail to pay any sum as and when it may become due, the Company shall be entitled and without prejudice to any other remedies in its safe opinion to retake immediate possession of the Equipment for which purpose it shall be lawful for the Company to enter into or upon any premises or Site where the Equipment may be.

Should this not be complied with Bleasdale Parish Hall Committee reserves the right to make an additional charge, which may be deducted from the deposit paid.

Should this not be complied with The Hub Trustees reserve the right to make additional charges.
